Dads on Duty Group Facilitator, SAY San Diego:
We are looking for an energetic male group facilitator who’s confident, organized, dependable, has experience facilitating groups, and some knowledge of child development. Dads On Duty is a half support and half parent/child interaction education group specially designed for Dads (mainly military) with kids ages 0-5.  Topics discussed include roles, self worth, communication, stress, grief and loss, discipline, developmental expectations, attachment, etc.  The group meets from 5-630pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but there would also be about an 1.5 hours of prep time before each group. Group Cycles last for 6 weeks, and you would have to commit to facilitate 3 Cycles through the year (Oct 7-Nov 13, Feb 3-March 12, and June 2-July 9), as well as a monthly Parent Child Event on the months that groups don’t meet. $100.00 per week, part time position in the Murphy Canyon Area.
