The San Diego Chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists
Jamie CoppermanCounseling can be a very positive way to sort through anything that is preventing you from enjoying your life to the fullest. I believe that everyone intuitionally has the tools needed to succeed in therapy. But you can benefit from guidance to learn how to use these tools, which can help lead you to peace and happiness.
I have experience with individual adults, couples and groups, dealing with depression, anger, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, and pervasive developmental disorders. I help couples work through relationship problems, parenting difficulties, and issues with communication, and provide pre-marital counseling for soon-to-be-newlyweds.
My office is located in Mission Valley, convenient from most parts of San Diego. If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment, I would be happy to talk with you.
