The SD CAMFT website is optimized for membership and event management and we think it does a GREAT job of that! The trade off is that it’s not really designed for classified ads.

But in order to make these available, there is a work-around that allows us/you to post ads, add pictures, manage them, make them searchable etc. 

Our website works with MEMBERSHIPS and so when you want to advertise with us, you must create a NEW member, an advertising member! To create a new member, you must use an email address that is DIFFERENT from the one you used to set-up your professional (licensed, pre-licensed, etc.) membership.

This new member will be seen by our system as a unique entity from your actual Professional Membership. It can be a bit confusing because you will get emails etc. to BOTH email address now. 

When your ad expires, typically in 30 days, you will receive a membership renewal notice. Don’t confuse this with your professional membership! It will be sent to the email address you used to set up the classified ad.

If you want to edit your AD, you must log in using the email address and password that you used to set up the advertising membership.

To edit your professional profile, you will use the email address and password that you used to set up your professional profile.

For optimal benefit, keep a clear delineation between your advertiser and professional email addresses.
