I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a private practice in Carmel Valley with easy freeway access from the 5, 805, and 56.

I'm passionate about helping moms and couples calm the chaos and make peace in partnering.

I have a special place in my heart for working with pre-licensed mental health providers as they begin their journey to become licensed professionals.

I'm very active in the therapy process and I mainly work from a Family Systems and a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective.
