Description
I work with teens, adults, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience working with BIPOC clients, lower income populations, adults, teens, and children. A lot of my clients seek me to explore their Asian American identity issues, feelings of inadequacy resulting in perfectionism, and intergenerational trauma (this includes emotional neglect/abuse from their parents).
