Opportunity to rent office space within a well-established, holistic, psychoeducational counseling practice in Carmel Valley. Falcone Institute's team includes a licensed marriage and family therapist, speech-language pathologist and three psychoeducational coaches. We work with clients of all ages.

Our peak client session hours with children between ages of 7 and 17 are between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

We look forward to collaborating with like-minded professionals such as integrative/integral/holistic therapists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, energy practitioners and others.

We have various areas available for sublease Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

In addition to individual therapeutic office space, our suite offers multiple spaces for individual and group/family therapeutic services, including:

• Shared waiting room
• Low stimulation integration rooms for mindfulness, relaxation, energy work. Rooms are equipped with massage table, towels, sheets. Therapist to provide own music, headphones and other supplies as needed
• Interior large multi-use space for groups
• Courtyard-facing kitchen/lounge/common area equipped with refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, reverse-osmosis water filtration system.
• • Kitchen contains an industrial/insulated room-divider allowing flexibility for use -- when closed, smaller room is an excellent recording and/or webinar-hosting space!

Each office has full-spectrum adjustable office lighting, in addition to plentiful natural light from large exterior windows with vertical blinds adjustable for light/privacy.

We are located in the beautifully maintained, conveniently located Plaza Del Mar building (High Bluff Drive near El Camino Real). First-floor, building-front location allows for easy client drop-off/pick-up, access to building restrooms, elevator, conference room (per advanced reservation), regular complimentary wellness events such as yoga, fitness room access and plentiful parking. 

All utilities/internet as well as high-speed WiFi included.
