Beautifully decorated therapy rooms in prime location off 5 freeway near Mission Bay available for rent by the hour and day. Clients walk into a warm and welcoming lobby with seating, stocked mini fridge and coffee maker. The lobby plays soft ocean or piano with calming videos of ocean and surf. 

The space is available for therapy or other forms of emotional counseling including therapy, social work, or psychiatry.

Room 1: Emerald Room

To the immediate left is a large (10 x 13) beautifully decorated room featuring a large West Elm brown leather sectional sofa and teal velvet chairs. The side tables and gold accents elevate the room with views of the bay from the balcony. A sliding glass door to a balcony overlooking Mission Bay allows for abundant light and sunset views. The room also includes a desk, side tables, an air filter and book shelves for books and treatment materials.  

Rates by the month for room 1: 

Full Day - $235 for Full Day - 12 hours (8am-8pm) - set day

Half Day - $170 for 5 hours (8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm) - set day

-additional flex hours can be added, as needed. $20/hour

Room 2: Grey Room

The smaller (10 x 10) room includes a cream mid-century modern couch and blue accent pillows. A wall height window allows for warm sunshine into the space.  Curtains and a nautical theme evoke a sense of calm and compliment the bay view. Room includes desk, chair, side table, and sound proof wall art and large mirror.

Rates by the month for room 2:

Full Day - $185 for Full Day - 12 hours (8am-8pm) - set day

Half Day - $140 for 5 hours (8am-2pm or 2pm - 8pm) - set day

-additional flex hours can be added at $20/hour.

*We have a small and wonderful community of caring clinicians that refer to each other, consult, and have real relationships while in private practice. 

*Monthly fee ensures room is dedicated to you and available for your use on that day of the week for the whole month. (ex- Every Thursday, full day, for the month of October - $185.00)
