I believe therapy is a collaborative, growth-oriented, healing relationship meant to bring relief and change to an individual's personal and relational pain or life experience. My role as a therapist is to offer my clients support and guidance in navigating change or healing in their life, while also equipping them with practical emotional and relational skills they can continue to use beyond the therapy process. While the therapeutic journey is different for each person or relationship, in the end, my hope for all of my clients is that they can feel free to be their most authentic selves, and have connections with others that are healthy, genuine, and fulfilling.
