This is a part time charter school position for mid-year start date. Sparrow Academy in La Mesa is a kindergarten through 8th grade school utilizing the  Waldorf-based approach (similar features to Montessori or Emilio Reggio) to educating children. It is based on developmental, age-relevant stages of life where childhood itself is seen as a key component of educating 21st Century citizens.
