A fully equipped play therapy office is available for rent one to six days per week. The office is in a ground floor suite in a professional building in the Village of La Mesa with mature landscaping and ample free parking. The complex is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants. Clients have convenient access by vehicle from I-8, I-94 and SR-125 and by a short walk from the La Mesa Blvd. Trolley Station.

BUILDING:
The facility is equipped with heat and air conditioning, nearby restrooms, a conference room with table, chairs and whiteboard, and a large break room with refrigerator, microwave, and eating area. There is 24-hour access and a lovely courtyard offers tranquility.

SUITE:
The suite has two therapy offices and an inviting waiting room with cold and hot water for tea. Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, and signage are included. One office offers muscle massage treatment and the other office is shared with psychotherapy professionals.

PLAY THERAPY OFFICE:
The play therapy office has a large window for natural light and is fully furnished with sofa and chairs, file cabinets, printer/copier/scanner, and supplies. A wall of bookcases displays professional and client literature and media resources, board games, toys, and many figurines for sand play. A moveable cart holds a sandtray with storage for additional games, musical instruments, and art supplies. There is a large basket of puppets and a small child’s table and chairs with a whiteboard for art and clay activity.

TENANTS:
Seeking a psychotherapist to share the office. Must be professional, courteous of office space and furnishings, and responsible for cleaning up and returning all play equipment to its proper place for the next client or therapist.

The monthly rent of $200 (one day per week), $350 (two days), $500 (three days), $600 (four days), $700 (five days), or $800 (six days) is due on the first of every month and a security deposit is required. Referrals and supervision may also be available.
